European Workforce is a young and ambitious employment agency and is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter \/ Intermediary who speaks both Dutch and Russian to strengthen our team!<\/p>\n<p><strong>About us<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>European Workforce is a starting employment agency that focuses on mediating motivated Eastern European flex workers to employers in the Netherlands. We operate in sectors such as logistics, production and technology. As a growing agency, we offer an informal working environment where your input counts and where you play a crucial role in our mission.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this versatile role, you are responsible for both recruiting candidates and building our customer base. Your tasks include:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Recruiting, selecting and supervising (Eastern European) candidates, where your knowledge of Russian and Dutch is essential.<br \/>\nConducting job interviews and matching candidates with the right positions.<br \/>\nArranging practical matters for candidates, such as housing, contracts and transport.<br \/>\nWriting and placing catchy vacancy texts to attract the right candidates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer recruitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Actively approaching potential clients in the Netherlands to start collaborations.<br \/>\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, based on trust and quality.<br \/>\nAdvising clients on suitable candidates and solving personnel issues.<br \/>\nDrawing up commercial proposals and agreements.<\/p>\n<p>You can work from our office in Alkmaar or, if desired, from home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a driven colleague who:<\/p>\n<p>Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and Russian (knowledge of other Eastern European languages \u200b\u200bis a plus).<br \/>\nHas a commercial attitude and gets energy from building customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Affinity with recruitment and\/or experience in the temporary employment sector (pr\u00e9).<br \/>\nHas an independent, flexible and proactive attitude.<br \/>\nPossesses good communication skills and can easily switch between different cultures.<br \/>\nIs positive and results-oriented and wants to contribute to the growth of our employment agency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A challenging position with a lot of variety and responsibility.<br \/>\nThe opportunity to help build a young and ambitious employment agency that focuses on Eastern European flex workers.<br \/>\nFlexible work options: work from our office in Alkmaar or from home.<br \/>\nAn informal working atmosphere within a small, driven team.<br \/>\nCompetitive salary with growth opportunities.<br \/>\nRoom for own initiative and personal development.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do you want to be part of European Workforce and contribute to our growth?
