European Workforce is a young and ambitious employment agency and is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter / Intermediary who speaks both Dutch and Russian to strengthen our team!

About us

European Workforce is a starting employment agency that focuses on mediating motivated Eastern European flex workers to employers in the Netherlands. We operate in sectors such as logistics, production and technology. As a growing agency, we offer an informal working environment where your input counts and where you play a crucial role in our mission.

What will you do?

In this versatile role, you are responsible for both recruiting candidates and building our customer base. Your tasks include:

Candidate recruitment

Recruiting, selecting and supervising (Eastern European) candidates, where your knowledge of Russian and Dutch is essential.
Conducting job interviews and matching candidates with the right positions.
Arranging practical matters for candidates, such as housing, contracts and transport.
Writing and placing catchy vacancy texts to attract the right candidates.

Customer recruitment

Actively approaching potential clients in the Netherlands to start collaborations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, based on trust and quality.
Advising clients on suitable candidates and solving personnel issues.
Drawing up commercial proposals and agreements.

You can work from our office in Alkmaar or, if desired, from home.

Who are you?

We are looking for a driven colleague who:

Speaks and writes fluent Dutch and Russian (knowledge of other Eastern European languages ​​is a plus).
Has a commercial attitude and gets energy from building customer relationships.

Affinity with recruitment and/or experience in the temporary employment sector (pré).
Has an independent, flexible and proactive attitude.
Possesses good communication skills and can easily switch between different cultures.
Is positive and results-oriented and wants to contribute to the growth of our employment agency.
